How often will you visit my property?
That depends on the plan and the property. Most residential properties are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Estates and wineries are typically weekly year-round with additional seasonal visits. We build the schedule for your property, and it's in writing.
How much does landscape maintenance cost in Sonoma County?
Residential plans typically start in the low hundreds per visit and scale with property size and scope. Estate and winery contracts are custom — usually quoted monthly or quarterly. We give you a real number after we walk the property. No vague ranges.
Can I switch from my current maintenance company?
Yes — a lot of our clients come to us that way. We'll walk your property, note what's been done well and what's been missed, and pick up the schedule so nothing lapses. Most transitions take a week or two.
Do you handle irrigation repairs?
Small repairs and adjustments are included in Wine Country Standard plans. Larger irrigation work (new zones, system rebuilds) is handled on a project basis.
Will I have the same crew every visit?
Yes. Same crew, same account lead. The person who knows your property is the same person taking care of it. That's not always the standard in this industry, but it is here.
What if I change or pause my plan?
You're not locked in. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our schedule, but the plan is here to serve you, not the other way around.
