A Landscape Is Only As Good As The Care Behind It
A well-designed property can decline in a single season with the wrong care — or hold at install-quality for years with the right one. Wine country landscapes have their own rhythm: clay soils, oak health, defensible-space rules, and seasonal water shifts. We built our maintenance program specifically for that rhythm, so your property stays at the standard it was built to.
Maintenance is not decoration. It changes how you host, how you arrive home, and how your land looks after dark. Here's what wine country landscaping can make possible for you here in Sonoma County.
Not just after a visit, but between them — because we care about the transitions, not just the finish.
Adjustments, small repairs, and system checks handled proactively — so you don't find out at the water bill.
Detailed, plant-specific pruning — not a hedge-trimmer flyby — so your landscape grows the way it was meant to.
Defensible-space maintenance built into the schedule, so your property stays compliant and protected year-round.
Spring wake-ups, summer care, fall cleanups, winter prep — each season handled without you scheduling it.
Same crew visit after visit. One point of contact who knows your property, your plants, and how you like things done.
Step 01
We walk your property with you, see what's growing, what's struggling, and what you actually want the space to be. No cookie-cutter checklist — we build the plan for what your property needs.
Step 02
We build your maintenance scope and set your visit schedule in writing — what's included, what's not, and when we'll be there. You'll know your account lead by name.
Step 03
Same crew, same schedule, every visit. We show up when we say we will, do detailed work — not a quick pass — and leave the property cleaner than we found it.
Step 04
Every season, we walk the property and adjust the plan for new priorities, upcoming projects, or things that need attention. Your landscape shouldn't be static, and neither should your care.

Whether you own a home in Sonoma, an estate in Santa Rosa, or run a winery in the valley, our maintenance program is built for people whose grounds actually matter and who are tired of chasing down a crew.
You had your landscape professionally installed and want to keep it at that standard
You own an estate or larger property that a single mow-and-blow crew can't handle
You manage a winery, event venue, or commercial property where grounds are part of the brand
You've been through a maintenance company that stopped showing up on time, or at all
You want one crew you can call — not a rotating cast — who knows your property

That depends on the plan and the property. Most residential properties are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Estates and wineries are typically weekly year-round with additional seasonal visits. We build the schedule for your property, and it's in writing.
Residential plans typically start in the low hundreds per visit and scale with property size and scope. Estate and winery contracts are custom — usually quoted monthly or quarterly. We give you a real number after we walk the property. No vague ranges.
Yes — a lot of our clients come to us that way. We'll walk your property, note what's been done well and what's been missed, and pick up the schedule so nothing lapses. Most transitions take a week or two.
Small repairs and adjustments are included in Wine Country Standard plans. Larger irrigation work (new zones, system rebuilds) is handled on a project basis.
Yes. Same crew, same account lead. The person who knows your property is the same person taking care of it. That's not always the standard in this industry, but it is here.
You're not locked in. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our schedule, but the plan is here to serve you, not the other way around.
It's built into Wine Country Landscaping plans, kept current on a schedule so your property stays compliant year-round.
