Yes. Wineries, private estates, and event venues are a core part of our work. We understand the operational demands of the harvest calendar, wine-club events, and ceremony schedules — and we build our service around them.

What kind of contract do you use?

Custom, written, and tailored to your property. Most commercial and estate contracts run on quarterly or annual terms with a defined scope, visit cadence, and reporting standard. We're happy to work within your procurement process.

How do you handle events and busy seasons?

We coordinate with your calendar. Regular maintenance is scheduled around bookings, harvest, and events — no work during ceremonies, no equipment out during a private tour, no debris the morning of a wedding. Communication is direct with your account lead.

Do you work with property managers, or is it always with the owner?

Either. A large share of our estate and commercial work runs through a property manager, GM, or estate manager. We're set up to work with your existing structure — including PO processes, insurance requirements, and reporting.

What insurance and licensing do you carry?

Fully licensed (CSLB #1101891) and fully insured, including liability coverage appropriate for commercial properties. Certificates of insurance available on request for your file.

Can you handle installation projects too? Not just maintenance?

Yes. Most estate and commercial clients start with maintenance and grow the relationship into installation work — new plantings, hardscape upgrades, irrigation retrofits, lighting design. One crew, one contact for all of it.
